We are family owned and operated since 1986 specializing in residential and multi-family units. We are members of the Texas Apartment Association and Denton Chamber of Commerce. We use Rent Grow to screen our applicants and have an outside broker to help with any sales needs you might have.

Our Contract and Fees
- We just do a simple contract that requires 60 day notice of cancellation of our management services
- We charge 10% of the monthly rental income, no charge on security deposits.
- Other fees will be based on number of units, location, etc...
